Why coaching, and why now?

​

Life can look “fine” on the outside while feeling heavy on the inside. If you’re stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, pressure, or a constant hum of tension in your body, you’re not alone. My work offers a supportive way to change how you feel day-to-day – so you can move through life with more ease, self-trust, and confidence.

How I work

Somatic simply means “of the body.” I combine life coaching with body-based tools that calm your system and create real, lasting shifts. Together we’ll work with:

  • Nervous system regulation – practices to settle the stress response so you feel grounded and present
     

  • Working with intrusive thoughts – shifting away from spirals and into clarity
     

  • Inner child work – meeting younger parts with care so fear and shame loosen their grip
     

  • Updating limiting beliefs – identifying what holds you back and creating supportive truths
     

  • Everyday somatic tools – breath, movement, sound, and awareness that forms the foundation of a healthy mind and body

I’m a certified Women’s Life & Somatic Coach and an NHS Health & Wellbeing Coach, with extensive 1:1 experience supporting women through meaningful change. My approach blends coaching and somatic work in a way that’s warm, practical, and effective.
