Booking a room at The Twelfth House is simple. We offer ad hoc bookings and on going bookings.

Workshop/Large therapy room
This is a multi-use room with access to:
*Air conditioning/Heating
*Up to 15 chairs
*projector
*4 tables
*Pillows
Please note, we no longer have blinds, we have sheer curtains instead
Prices
£15 per hour until 6pm then £20 per hour after that
Week day buyout is £70 from 8am-6pm then £10 per hour after that
Weekend buyout is £100 from 8am-6pm then £10 per hour after that
Room hire must include set up and pack down. Please allow yourself enough time to be packed up in your allocated time. Any overtime will be charged.
We allow 15 mins before your booking and 15 minutes after your booking for setup and pack down. Please do not include this in your booking times.
