Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your items. We use padded bags and boxes to package the items.We use Royal mail First class or Second class signed for delivery and you will have the option to choose on checkout. We are currently only shipping to the UK. Sometimes we offer free shipping on selected discount days.
We aim to ship the parcel within 48 hours of when the order is received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a refund on all unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags and stickers still attached.
If your item arrives damaged due to delivery, we will offer a full refund or exchange, however we cannot offer refunds or exchanged on items that were damaged by the customer.

and explain what you would like to return. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the return except for when the item is damaged due to no customer fault.
When returning your item, please ensure that it is in a suitable package to ensure that the product is undamaged on its way to us. Please ensure that you have proof of return by obtaining a postal receipt. Your refund will be issued once the item is returned in the suitable condition.
