About the event
In this busy world and city we live in it’s common for us to be riding on autopilot and feeling heightened, anxious and stressed has become our normal way of functioning. This session aims to not only give you the space to slow down and find some inner calm but we will be using functional breathwork to tap into our nervous system, helping us move into a more calm and restful state.
By the end of this session you will hopefully feel calmer, more grounded and ready to respond to your upcoming week rather than react to it. You will also walk away with new breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your everyday life, giving you tools for either a daily at home practice or to keep in your back pocket for moments when you need them.
