The New Year can mark the beginning of a new chapter- but is anything really different, except the day? Soon into the New Year we often find the motivation and excitement we felt starting to wane.
This New Year Reset utilises hypnotherapy and solution focussed therapy to make changes on a subconscious level, which enables transformative change.
